4. All games start at 6:30 pm; however, there is a 15 minute grace period.  If you have at least nine players, you must start the game on time.  The semifinals and finals of the playoffs will start at 6:15 pm, with a 15 minute grace period.

5. There are no metal cleats allowed.

6. All games are to be played at Devoll Field and Messenger Field.

7. There is a third strike foul rule.

8. There is a 6 to 12 foot arc on pitches.

9. The slaughter rule is 15 runs.  The slaughter rule will be in effect when the team that is losing bats in the fifth inning and is losing by 15 or more runs.  The slaughter rull will be in effect during the regular season.  In other words, if you have batted 5 times and are losing by 15 or more runs, the game is over.

10. A game must be started with nine players.  Up to three more players (total 12) may be added as long as you have not batted through your entire order.  These players must be added to the end of your batting order, as they arrive, if the first pitch of the game has been thrown.

11.  A team may make additions to their roster during the regular season.  The added player cannot be a player that has already played this year for another team.  It may be a  player on another team's roster that has not played this year.

12.  A player must play in at least 10 games during the regular season to be eligible for the playoffs.  To count towards eligibility, a game is considered to be 3 full innings.  If a team has an injured player, they need to contact Mike Devoll as soon as the injury occurs to be considered for playoff eligibility.

13.  There is no drinking on the bench or any other place on the field by a player playing in the game, during the game.

14.  If someone gets thrown out of a game, they are automatically out for the next game.  This includes both the regular season and the playoffs.  It is the job of the manager to keep that player out of the next game.  If the player plays the next game, the team will automatically FORFEIT that game.
